Broker / owner Hank Van Joslin is this professional and he is building Van Joslin Real Estate into a World Class Real Estate agency.  Having been put to the test at age 16 during his senior year of high school, when he suffered two broken bones; his skull and his back in a serious motorcycle accident, Van Joslin has always looked at things very differently.  After spending almost  two years on paraplegic crunches and attending  classes lying on the floor at the University of Tampa where he was expected  to   play  football , Van Joslin was finally back up on his feet  with the aide of  several braces and a cane. “As odd as it may sound, when asked about my condition back then   I would say that my situation was a temporary inconvenience I was going through “states Van Joslin with a big smile.
   
And this is how he has approached today’s market challenges , as a temporary inconvenience that he guides  his team to  deal with by staying focused on the basic principals that have proven to work for him for the  past three decades. 
“I remember back in the 1980’s when rates went to 17½ % , I went to the international market for clients, then with  the S&L crash, we were forced to really get back to basics.  Current challenges always seem bigger than the ones that have past, these new challenges will also pass”.
